Light Avenue presents the new bare InGaAs PIN photodiode chips for wavelength detection of 980 - 1680 nm. These chips are high sensitive diodes between 0.25 - 4.0 mm² sensitive area as well as a Ø 0.25 mm round area with a peak sensitivity at 1500 nm inclusive the anode bond pad on top of the chip.
